What can I do if my payment is declined?
Your card issuer doesn't tell us the reason for a declined payment. If your payment didn’t go
through or was declined, ensure that you check:
- Your card’s billing details (such as the name on the card, the security code and the
billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. - Check with your bank or card before trying your card again. If none of these apply,
please contact us at support@seloura.co, and we’ll do our best to help.
What name will appear as the description on the Paypal statement?
Please look for a “SELOURA” charge on your PayPal account after you have placed your order. If you’re not sure what charge description you should look for, please email us at support@seloura.co
Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
When shipping locally, all fees on our website are tax-inclusive. No additional taxes or customs duties are added to your order or required upon delivery.

Where does Seloura ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship currently within Australia only.
In the future we may expand to international, so do look out in this space!
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders received Monday-Friday before midday AEST are dispatched on the same day if ordered. If you place an order on a weekday after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day.
If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched and shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and updates.
All products have a 7-12 days shipping time.
Where is my order being shipped from?
All our orders are dispatched and shipped from our warehouse in QLD, Australia.

How do I return my product?
To return your product, please contact our service team at support@seloura.co with your order number and the products you would like to return. A team member will provide instructions on how to process your return.
How long does it take for refunds to come back to my account?
Once your refund has been processed, it usually takes 5-10 business days for credits to appear on your statement.
